What You'll Be Doing
- Investor Relations & Market Analysis
- Maintain weekly Excel workbooks tracking market metrics and company performance
- Pull and verify data for fixed ticker lists using Nasdaq IR Excel plugin
- Create and refresh complex formulas ensuring 100% accuracy
- Perform rigorous QA checks against source data before any delivery
- ₿ Bitcoin Treasury & Mining Metrics Tracking
- Monitor and update BTC treasury tracker for companies adjusting Bitcoin holdings
- Analyze crypto market dynamics including hashrate, halving cycles, and HODL strategies
- Track mining sector developments and their impact on valuations
- Benchmark against other public Bitcoin miners and digital asset companies
- Financial Reporting & Communications
- Draft concise "deal of the week" analysis for investor updates
- Produce investor-grade presentations distilling complex data into clear insights
- Create IR decks and benchmarking comparables with institutional-quality formatting
- Package deliverables with detailed changelogs and proper version control
- Capital Markets Support
- Support fundraising and financing materials preparation
- Conduct valuation analysis using mNAV, EBITDA multiples, and comparables
- Troubleshoot data pulls and maintain consistent reporting standards
- Ensure compliance with public market data handling protocols
✅ Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel mastery - LOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, nested IFs, pivot tables, sensitivity analysis
- Exposure to valuation techniques (mNAV, EBITDA multiples, comparables)
- Sell-Side Research Experience - Prior exposure to equity research methodologies
- Bitcoin enthusiast with a genuine interest in crypto markets and digital assets
- North American IR Norms - Native-level English fluency and familiarity with North American IR and investor communication standards
- PowerPoint expertise - Creating investor-facing presentations with flawless execution
- Hardcore work ethic with obsessive attention to detail (zero tolerance for errors)
- Available during EST hours regardless of location (on-call flexibility required)
- Experience working with sensitive financial information requiring absolute discretion
- Compliance & Security Protocols - Experience with NDAs, MFA, encrypted storage, and licensed tool plugins
