Provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and guidance on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and legal professionals. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
