Job Summary: Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Instructor, OSHA Compliance (Part-Time) to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and teaching concepts and strategies for a variety of courses related to OSHA compliance. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary range of $30.84 - $39.93 per hour. Key Job Details: Start Date: Immediate openings available, with an expected start date no later than August 21st, 2023 Compensation: Competitive salary range of $30.84 - $39.93 per hour Location: Milwaukee, WI (with potential for remote or online teaching) Position: Part-time Instructor, OSHA Compliance Company: Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) Responsibilities: Prepare for and deliver instruction and perform teaching-related activities Manage the classroom/laboratory and develop curriculum Assess student performance and advise students on academic issues Collaborate with advisory committee and attend departmental and institutional meetings Promote the education/training program/department and participate in efforts to recruit and retain students Maintain certification, continue professional development, and stay current in the field of OSHA compliance Requirements: Must have a current OSHA Instructor Certification Must have a current First Aid/CPR Instructor Certification Previous teaching experience preferred Experience in teaching and/or developing curriculum in a variety of classroom environments, including in-person and online Working knowledge of computers and software related to instructional area, including MS Office/Google Suite and learning management systems What We Offer: At MATC, we value our employees and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
