If you just took or passed the Bar exam and are passionate about immigration law, this is your opportunity. Union Law Group is looking for a driven, Spanish-speaking attorney to join our team and represent immigrants with courage, empathy, and professionalism. What You’ll Do: • Represent clients in court and administrative hearings (EOIR, BIA, AAO, Federal Court, USCIS). • Manage cases from start to finish: asylum, VAWA, U visas, removal defense, family petitions, waivers, naturalization, employment visas, consular processing, and more. • Draft motions, pleadings, appeals (I-290B), and responses to RFE/NOID. • Participate in firm marketing, business development, and community presentations.
