The Tesla Body Repair Program is in search of a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist to work for one of the maximum revolutionary car manufacturers withinside the world. This function will contain helping the Internal Body Shop in all components of its Authorized Collision Program.
What You'll Do
- Work scheduling maintenance
- Liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop
- Vehicle arrival preparation
- WARP and CCC management arrival
- Customer verbal exchange and expectation
- Rental coordination and handoff
- Vehicle reputation updates
- Material and components reordering
- Repair overview and delivery
What You'll Bring
- A certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred.
