We’re a startup building wellness and marketing-technology solutions for hotels, focused on brand partnerships, on-property activations, and revenue-positive guest experiences.
We’re looking for an experienced hotel revenue / operations advisor to help us think through markets, pricing, partnerships, and contract structures as we expand with hotel brands. This is not STR-focused and not F&B-only — we’re working with full-service hotels.
We care about business development and real hotel experience.
What you’ll do
Advise on marketing and selling hotel wellness programs as an ancillary revenue line or value add
Help evaluate pricing, RevPAR impact, and brand fit
Provide guidance on brand partnerships and contract negotiations
Give input on marketing-technology features (applications for scheduling, reporting, ROI visibility)
Help us think through which hotel segments and markets to prioritize
You should have
10+ years in hotel operations or revenue management
Experience with major hotel brands (Highgate, Aimbridge, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, etc.)
Exposure to ownership or asset management conversations
Strong understanding of hotel P&L, RevPAR, ADR, and ancillary revenue
Comfort advising early-stage teams

You are a generic marketing or business consultant
Scope:
Light advisory role to start (5–15 hrs/month). Potential for deeper collaboration as partnerships mature.
