Role Description
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. You will implement aba treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and track progress through daily data collection.
• Provide aba therapy services under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention protocols
• Collect data each session and report progress to the clinical team
• Support skill development and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
• Participate in supervision, coaching, and ongoing feedback
• Contribute to behavioral health goals as a mental health technician support role
Qualifications
• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
• Willingness to complete RBT training (if not already certified)
• Interest in behavioral health as a behavioral health technician or mental health technician
