Brand Manager to grow audience and revenue for ChurchStaffing.com, ChristianJobs.com, and SermonSearch.com.
Salem Church Products (SCP), a division of Salem Media, operates eight eCommerce brands that deliver essential digital tools and content for pastors and church leaders across worship, sermons, children’s ministry, and staffing. As a key revenue-generating role, the Brand Manager will directly influence the growth of our staffing and sermon resource platforms through strategic merchandising, marketing, customer success, and partnership development.
You’ll play a central part in expanding paid subscriptions, increasing customer lifetime value, optimizing product and content performance, and identifying new monetization opportunities. Working within a collaborative, high-trust team, you’ll drive measurable financial results while also contributing to mission-focused solutions for the church community. This position is remote, with optional office access in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities
• Lead product placement, merchandising, and overall store presentation across all three online brands and marketing channels.
• Partner with marketing to execute and optimize campaigns that drive audience growth.
• Grow subscription acquisition, retention, and loyalty through effective lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Analyze performance data and develop short- and long-term roadmaps to expand revenue and audience reach.
• Identify and define innovation opportunities with web development, guiding projects from concept to launch.
• Monitor eCommerce and subscription trends and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and accelerate growth.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with churches, ministries, recruiting partners, and key clients.
• Ensure consistently high customer service that adapts to evolving user need

• Knowledge of the faith-based environment (previous employment preferred)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• eCommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS subscription experience, preferred
• People management skills, preferred

Salary range: $24.03 - $28.84 per hour
