We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Evidence to lead our team of executive producers and agencies in producing high-impact customer stories that drive business results.

Job Overview

The Head of Customer Evidence will be responsible for managing a team of talented executive producers and a roster of award-winning global agencies who support arenaflex in project management, creative direction, video production, and story writing. This role will also represent the evidence team in C-level forums and lead discussions on the business and sales impact that customer stories deliver. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a coach, mentor, and guide of high-performing executive producers and agencies, with experience in delivering high-impact customer stories at scale across multiple product areas and geographic locations.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
