As a Lifestyle Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be empowered to take ownership of the guest experience, moving freely throughout the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations and creating lasting impressions
- Processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and completing reports with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Providing quality meals and sharing local insights with guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we'll train you to excel!
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
