Your Role

This is a founding role on our Commercial Strategy team with a rare opportunity to build a vertical strategy from the ground up. As a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you’ll be the tip of the spear in helping Zip identify and win in our highest-potential industries, from healthcare to financial services and beyond.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to define how Zip enters new verticals, shape the story we tell, and ensure our team is equipped with the materials and insights to sell with confidence. This is a greenfield strategy function with no playbook and no red tape. You’ll be building it.

We’re looking for someone who blends structured thinking with creativity - someone who can synthesize complex information, spot patterns in data, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with buyers. Analytical horsepower and storytelling go hand in hand in this role. You’ll move fluidly between SQL queries and customer conversations, drawing insights from pipeline performance just as comfortably as you shape the message in a first-call deck. Whether you’re diving into a new industry, building a sales asset, or diagnosing what’s working in early pipeline, you’ll bring both sides of your brain to the table.

What We're Looking For

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
