We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join us for a long-term collaboration.
Your main responsibilities will include setting up, managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns for our clients.
Our clients are primarily in the following niches:
Local service businesses
E-commerce brands
Coaches & consultants
Real estate
Fitness & health
High-ticket services
This is a white-label position — you will work behind the scenes as the campaign manager for our agency.
Responsibilities:
Full setup and management of Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns
Ongoing optimization (CPC reduction, CTR improvement, CPA/ROAS optimization)
Keyword research & audience targeting
Writing compelling ad copy
Setting up and optimizing conversion tracking (Tag Manager / Pixel)
A/B testing for creatives & landing pages
Monthly performance reports + clear action steps
Proactive suggestions for scaling and performance improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience in performance marketing (minimum 1–2 years ideal)
Successful track record with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
Strong knowledge of conversion tracking / Google Tag Manager
Highly reliable and able to work independently
Fast response times
Clear and professional communication
Fluent English is required
Bonus Skills:
Experience in specific industries (medical, real estate, coaching, fitness, etc.)
Landing page optimization experience
Creative direction for ad visuals
Project Terms & Payment:
Long-term ongoing collaboration
Monthly retainer per client account
Budget: €150–€400 per client per month (depending on experience & responsibilities)
Initial test project with one client before moving into a long-term partnership
Start date: Immediately
