Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met for customer orders worldwide. This is an onsite position, and we are looking for individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and Receiving: Pick parts in an assigned zone quickly and accurately, inspect and receive product, and prepackage product for bin/emergency stock.
- Packaging and Shipping: Perform packaging tasks, review pack lists to ensure correct quantities, verify correct parts have been picked, box product, and prepare for shipping.
- Customer Service: Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions, handling customer change-order requests, and investigating customer complaints.
- Inventory Management: Perform inventory counts, update inventory stock levels, and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Additional Duties: Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:

- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to actively participate as a team member to meet departmental goals.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires:
- Regular Attendance: Regular and consistent attendance due to the need to access physical equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions, spend 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete, and lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Flexibility: Ability to twist or bend, occasionally climb stairs, and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level.
