Requirements
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
- Experience managing $50K+ monthly ad spend across multiple platforms, scaling into six figures as performance warrants
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar
- In-depth knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads, and a working understanding of TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with advertising policy nuances in wellness, medical devices, and regulated verticals
- Ability to guide performance creatives, provide constructive feedback, and brief efficiently
- You can manage campaigns independently, adjust quickly based on results, and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight
