As a Full Time Merchandiser Stocker, you will be responsible for presenting products in a way that captivates consumer attention at our customer retail locations. Your duties will include:

• Merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following quality guidelines
• Filling, rotating, and displaying products on shelves and in display cases
• Creating and distributing point-of-sale materials
• Organizing and maintaining backroom areas
• Fostering business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive communication

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse customers
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid in-state driver's license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance policy with minimum coverage requirements
