I’m looking for a senior Operations Director / Chief of Staff to impose structure, enforce delivery, and materially reduce my day-to-day operational load.
This is a director-level execution role, not a VA or junior PM position.
What you will do:
Convert decisions into executable tasks
Assign owners and deadlines
Enforce delivery on developers and operators
Install and run a weekly operating cadence
Filter noise and protect founder focus
What you will NOT do:
Redefine strategy
Coach or therapise
Ask open-ended exploratory questions
Wait for instruction
Requirements (non-negotiable):
7+ years in Ops / COO / Program Delivery / Chief of Staff roles
Experience enforcing timelines on technical teams
Comfortable saying “no” and applying pressure professionally
Calm, direct communication
Founder-led chaos does not faze you
Engagement:
Fractional / contract
10–15 hours per week to start
