About the position The Financial CSR/Bank Teller/Loan Processor/Credit Risk position at Mindsource, Inc. is a contract role focused on providing operational support and risk mitigation for banking products. The specialist will assist customers with inquiries, review applications, and documentation to ensure a smooth banking experience while managing risk effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to improving customer interactions and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries via CRM tools through phone and email. , Complete daily cases utilizing standard operating procedures and analyze trends for program improvements. , Understand escalation paths to triage seller needs and mitigate risk. , Answer customer questions regarding business documents or current loan information. , Maintain or exceed established service level agreements for transaction resolution. , Identify, document, and follow up on product bugs and features. , Advocate for the seller community by identifying trends and suggesting policy improvements. , Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of BSA/AML responsibilities. , Collaborate with team members through internal messaging tools and video conferencing. , Suggest improvements for Banking content on the Support Center and in macros. Requirements 3 years of experience in the banking industry. , 2 years of experience in loan/credit processing. , 1 year of experience with CRM software. , Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. , Proficiency with technical tools such as Google and Microsoft Suite, Slack, and CRM software.
