We are a growing dental practice looking for an experienced Facebook / Meta Ads specialist to generate qualified consultations and verified case starts for:
Invisalign
Single implants
All-on-X implant cases
This role is performance-driven, not just lead volume–driven. We already use GoHighLevel (GHL) and have internal systems in place for lead handling and follow-up.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Launching, managing, and optimizing Facebook / Instagram ad campaigns
Structuring campaigns for high-intent dental leads, not low-quality form fills
Improving cost per booked consultation and cost per case start
Coordinating with our existing GHL workflows and pipelines
Testing creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers
Scaling campaigns that produce verified case starts

You are not responsible for:
Front desk follow-up
Sales calls
Google Ads
Website development
Compensation Structure
Initial setup milestone: $200 (fixed)
Performance-based compensation: Paid per verified case start
Case start compensation:
Invisalign: $150 per case start
Single implant: $215 per case start
All-on-X: $500 per case start
Volume Accelerator (Rolling 30-Day Period):
All-on-X: 1–2 starts → ($500) | 3–4 → ($700)I 5+ → ($1,000)
Single Implants: 1–5 → ($215) | 6–10 → ($300) | 11+ → ($425)
Invisalign: 1–10 → ($150) | 11–20 → ($210) | 21+ → ($300)
Case Start Definition:
Signed treatment plan with payment collected
Verified via GHL tracking
Lead must originate from campaigns managed by existing Ads/GHL freelancers
Contract Type:
90-day pilot with review for long-term engagement
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience running Facebook Ads for dental or medical practices
Experience with high-ticket offers ($4k–$25k+)
Understands attribution and lead quality (not just CPL)
Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Clear communicator who provides simple reports

Audit and optimize existing funnels, forms, and follow-up sequences in GHL
Primary Responsibilities

✔ Increase verified case starts (All‑on‑X, implants, Invisalign)
✔ Track and verify case start attribution
✔ Collaborate with our GHL freelancers
✔ Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations
