**Role Overview**
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental properties, including:
* Guest and reservation management: You'll be the primary point of contact for our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
* Virtual property management: You'll work closely with our property owners and managers to ensure that our properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guests.

* Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner: You'll be the go-to person for resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, from minor complaints to major concerns.
* Processing reservations and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods: You'll be responsible for processing reservations, answering questions about our properties, and providing information about the neighborhoods and local attractions.

**Success Metrics**
* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries: We expect our Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist to respond to all guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our guests feel valued and supported throughout their stay.
* Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP: We expect our Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist to resolve all guest issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests feel satisfied with their experience.

**Essential and Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
* Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours
* Experience with Airbnb customer service
* Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed
