About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 1 Support Specialist to join our 24/7/365 support team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our end-users, including physicians, nurses, and system administrators. This is a remote position, and we are currently hiring for night shifts.
