- Create and edit Customer Service content, such as Help Center and internal knowledge base articles, customer service emails, and other support materials

- Collaborate closely with support operations, localization, legal, product design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless content integration
- Develop, maintain, and update style guides and editorial training to ensure consistency and quality across all content

Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Technical Content Designer at arenaflex, you will need:
- A BS/BA degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, content design, or a related field
