Job Overview

The Department of Psychology at Penn State invites applications for a non-tenure-track Teaching Faculty position in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a start date of either January 2024 or August 2024. This full-time position will be filled at the rank of Lecturer, Assistant Teaching Professor, Associate Teaching Professor, or Teaching Professor, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of courses, including Industrial/Organizational Psychology, introductory psychology, research methods, and statistics, as well as contributing to the department's service and outreach activities.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field, or have completed all the requirements of the Ph.D. by the appointment date. A background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is critical, and previous teaching experience is preferred.
