We are seeking an experienced and skilled Specialty Pharmacy Technician to join our CarePlus/Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team in Smyrna, GA. As a Pharmacy Technician in this role, you will have the opportunity to excel in a complex, high-impact customer service position, making a direct difference in the lives of others. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. You will work in a high-production environment, multitasking between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess high levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, customer focus, team orientation, problem-solving abilities, strong written and oral communication, and strong computer skills.

The typical pay range for this role is between $17.00 and $27.90 per hour. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
