Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field)
- At least 3 years of experience as a team lead or manager in a technical influential role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop statistical models
