As we approach the holiday season, we are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Remote Temporary Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a 3-week assignment starting on or around November 21st. This is an exciting opportunity to earn some extra cash, work with a talented team, and be part of a company that values its employees and customers.
As a Remote Temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the friendly voice that our customers hear when they place their orders. Your role will involve answering continuous inbound phone calls, taking and entering customer orders into the system, and escalating any additional customer service needs. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone.
At arenaflex, we offer a competitive pay package starting at $14.00 per hour plus upsell commission. You will also receive a shift premium of $0.50 per hour for hours worked after 4:30 PM. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose your own days and hours between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to meet the required 30+ hours of weekly availability. Additionally, you will have time off on Thanksgiving and the following Friday.
