We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Recruiter to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts for customer service roles. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various customer service positions within arenaflex, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Utilize a variety of methods to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit for customer service roles
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for our customer service team
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and ADA
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
