- Payment Transactions: Ability to perform payment transactions and request payment from accounts reflecting a balance, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processing (10%)

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of medical revenue cycle experience: A minimum of one year of experience in medical revenue cycle, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and customer service principles
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in workflow systems, telephony systems, and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
