Key Responsibilities

- Handle scheduling, patient onboarding, and manage medical records efficiently, utilizing medical software and technology to streamline processes.

- Manage patient charts to ensure information completeness and compliance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Participate in telemedicine calls and manage alternating weeks of patient visits and administrative support, leveraging technology to facilitate remote care.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or GED; some college or medical training is preferred.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is strongly preferred, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
- Proven experience in a healthcare or medical specialty, with a solid understanding of medical tasks, medical terminology, and patient communication.
- Proficiency in using medical software like Calendly, Zoom, online prescription systems, and patient management platforms, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and discretion, maintaining patient confidentiality and trust.
