**Job Summary**
As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in helping patients and their families understand their medical bills and providing them with options to resolve them. You will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve account balances and provide outstanding customer service.
