- Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, allowing for the build of a valid customs declaration.
- Verify documents received for import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, staying up-to-date with changes and updates in the industry.
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's overall performance and efficiency.
