Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and verify vendor and product data in blithequark systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across our supply chain.
- Review purchase orders, shipping details, and vendor documents to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Support the onboarding process for new vendors by collecting and validating required documentation, maintaining digital records, and ensuring database cleanliness.
- Generate and analyze basic data reports to support Vendor Support and Procurement teams, providing insights that inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
- Adhere to data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and maintaining the trust of our vendors and customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy, demonstrating a strong commitment to efficiency and effectiveness in a remote work environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision in all aspects of work.
