Key Responsibilities

- Managing the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and directing and seating all guests to their designated offices and meeting rooms
- Performing general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project tasks
- Responsible for inspecting supply items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Essential Qualifications
