About the Role
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of our client's brand, responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in French. You will be part of an established and long-term project with a strong internal support system and a highly interactive orientation program. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customers, ensuring a positive experience and building loyalty to the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in French, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues
- Simultaneously handle 3-5+ incoming messages, prioritizing and managing multiple conversations with ease
- Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, exercising good judgment and empathy in every interaction
- Maintain high engagement with both the project and customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Professional/business level proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a chat/messaging environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 or above, and the ability to install and use MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone

- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Dual monitors highly recommended
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
