Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation.
- Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in processes, utilizing our computer systems to efficiently resolve issues.
- Operate loading bridges, open, close, and secure aircraft doors, and escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport.
- Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling luggage that may weigh up to 70 pounds.
- Work varying shifts, including early morning, overnight, and weekends, based on operational needs and seniority.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Basic digital literacy and the ability to navigate our computer systems.
- The ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment.
- A minimum age of 18 years and authorization to work in the United States.
- A strong commitment to safety, security, and customer satisfaction.
