Key Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers receive timely, accurate, and personalized support

Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, online chat, and other communication channels

Perform application data entry, interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills

Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that customers receive accurate and compliant information

Essential Qualifications

18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent required

Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days of job offer, with a satisfactory result required for employment

Dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period

Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period, with a strong ability to learn and absorb new information

Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, with cable/fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired ethernet connection required

Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology and a strong ability to navigate multiple software applications

High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a strong knowledge of health insurance products and services

Previous experience in a Call Center, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a high level of comfort with inbound and outbound calls

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong ability to navigate multiple software applications and a high level of comfort with technology

Spanish Bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
