Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English
- Ability to multi-task, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to change with the business needs of the company
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, rapid navigation through systems, and internet search to support customers
- High school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience working in a pet-related industry or with animals
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and work independently
