This is a full-time or seasonal opportunity, offering a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies.
We offer a competitive base pay of $14.50 per hour, with the potential to earn an enhanced rate of $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance. For Spanish bilingual candidates, we offer a base pay of $15.50 per hour, with the potential to earn an enhanced rate of $17.00 per hour.
