Key Responsibilities

- Take orders, organize activities in the store, provide pricing and product information, and suggest suitable arenaflex items and services
- Work with a wide range of equipment, move boxes and hardware, stock materials, manage the production line, and complete assigned tasks as needed
- Adhere to instructions from managers and assist other colleagues in performing store functions
- Aid in the training of store colleagues
- Ensure all client issues are resolved quickly and to the client's satisfaction
- Collect, package, and ship merchandise, including wrapping items, weighing packages, and attaching labels
- Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using client-provided original media and reports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain standing during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- Ability to bend and kneel at the waist and knees
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure
Preferred Qualifications
