- Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more.
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
- Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested.
- Use cutting-edge technology, such as MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and provide unparalleled depth of responses.
