What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch service with a smile, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and memorable
- Proactively helping clients find the right products and services, both online and offline
- Practicing our core value of "Think like a customer," always putting the client's needs first
- Collaborating with our team to resolve issues, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A professional level of English and Dutch, both verbally and written
- A Bachelor's degree or academic level
- A customer-friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- A dynamic and flexible personality, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations
- A solution-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in Customer Service or Adobe InDesign skills is a plus, but not required
- A willingness to relocate to Valencia or work remotely from anywhere in Spain
