We are now seeking an experienced and skilled Controls Field Service Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission.
As a Controls Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in our Field Services Team, working collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to perform installation and maintenance activities on turbomachinery equipment at customer sites, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating activities and providing technical expertise to resolve issues and improve equipment performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background and experience in controls maintenance procedures for turbomachinery. You should have a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, and industry-recognized training in turbomachinery product services. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with experience in field service engineering, particularly in the energy or industrial sectors. You should have a strong understanding of turbomachinery equipment and controls systems, and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. You should also have experience working with customers and internal stakeholders, and be able to communicate technical information effectively.
