**Job Description:**
As a Remote Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance and information related to our services. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
Education and Experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote setting or within the energy/utilities sector. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate's degree or higher preferred.
