Key Responsibilities
- Handle chat support for blithequark customers regarding orders, refunds, delivery status, and general queries, providing empathetic and professional responses to customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions to ensure that all issues are properly documented and resolved.
- Follow process compliance and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams to ensure that customers receive timely and effective solutions.
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks, consistently delivering high-quality support and service to our customers.

Work Details
This is a full-time role that requires availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings. You will work 9 hours a day, including breaks, 6 days a week, from the comfort of your own home. Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain qualifications and skills, including:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

- Must own a desktop/laptop with a stable internet connection and UPS backup, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home.
