By joining our team, you'll become part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment that's dedicated to making a positive impact on the healthcare landscape. **Key Responsibilities** As a Phone & Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner * Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare professionals and facilities * Following established communication scripts to address various topics and provide solutions to customers * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing alternatives to meet their requirements * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide exceptional customer service * Performing data entry and customer service skills to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping * Navigating online resources efficiently to verify nurses' credentials and facilitate shift coordination * Working requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying customers' needs, and researching to determine if requests have the necessary credentials * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to cross-train as requested * Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, with a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of customer service or customer support experience * 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required * Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate online resources efficiently * Previous remote work from home experience a plus * Quick learner and able to work independently * Type 35 words per minute accurately * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening * A background check applicable with state and federal laws required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in a healthcare-related field or industry * Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance * Experience with data entry and customer service software * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in online resources and software * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
