Key Responsibilities

- Assisting the clinical pharmacist team with outgoing calls to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and customers, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to provide valuable support.
- Providing guidance and feedback to Customer Care Associates using a consultative approach, contributing to the continuous development of staff knowledge and skills.
- Completing tickets to support the Customer Care Team and Clinical RPh team, ensuring seamless issue resolution and minimal delays.
- Maintaining an advanced understanding of all arenaflex policies, procedures, products, and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates.
- Monitoring and processing help desk assigned tasks daily, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for escalated calls by Customer Care Associates, handling complex issues with professionalism and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Managing the reporting of customer complaints, providing resolutions within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt attention.
- Investigating and reporting pharmacy errors, collaborating with the team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Staying informed about pharmacy laws and regulations nationwide, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.
- Acting as a point of contact for system or technology/software outages, notifying relevant parties and facilitating prompt resolution to minimize downtime.
