About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with the practice of pharmacy, including processing prescriptions, managing patient data, and providing exceptional customer service
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory
• Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, resolving issues and answering inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and company service characteristics

Essential Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Preferred: six months of experience in a retail environment
• Preferred: previous work experience with blithequark
• Preferred: desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Preferred: good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
• Preferred: PTCB certification
