The Pharmacy Customer Service Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers receive outstanding service, whether through data entry, client support, or other tasks as assigned. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to, processing transactions, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, is also required. Additionally, candidates should have excellent numerical abilities to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications, as well as good computer skills.
While not mandatory, having six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred. Previous work experience with blithequark or similar organizations is also an asset. PTCB certification and knowledge of store inventory control are highly desirable. Candidates with a strong background in customer service, data entry, and pharmacy operations will be given priority consideration.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are also essential. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
