Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, is also required. Additionally, candidates should have excellent numerical abilities to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications, as well as good computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred. Previous work experience with blithequark or similar organizations is also an asset. PTCB certification and knowledge of store inventory control are highly desirable. Candidates with a strong background in customer service, data entry, and pharmacy operations will be given priority consideration.
