We are seeking an experienced Patient Engagement Advocate (Call Center Agent) to join our Patient Engagement Center (PEC) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences through inbound and outbound patient communications. You MUST be local to the St. Louis, MO area, as you will be working on-site for the first 90 days of employment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit for an extended period of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Please note the Patient Engagement Center hours are subject to change based on business needs.
The $500 sign-on bonus will be paid in two parts - $250 at 90 days of employment and the remaining $250 after six months of employment.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but you must be available during the "core" work hours of 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. After the successful completion of the probationary period, you will be eligible to work from home. You must maintain satisfactory performance to keep work-from-home eligibility.
