Job Overview

Under the supervision of the Customer Retention Manager(s), the Remote Customer Retention Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues related to Internet Customer Service via phone. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving customer concerns, and providing lighting and home décor solutions that meet the company's goals and customer expectations. Our comprehensive training program, which includes approximately four to six weeks of paid training at our headquarters or via webinar, will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
