Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Invoicing Management**: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * **GL Coding Verification**: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval. * **Document Management**: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices. * **Administrative Support**: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Data Entry Experience**: Must have experience in data entry with minimal supervision. * **10-Key by Touch**: Preference given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills. * **Computer Literacy**: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. * **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail. * **Office Equipment Familiarity**: Must be familiar with various office equipment. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * 10-key by touch skills. * Experience with INFOR or similar accounting software. * Familiarity with office equipment, such as scanners and printers. * Certification in data entry or a related field. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately process and verify data with minimal errors. * **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. * **Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and clients. * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications. * **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technology. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
